You’ll become familiar with the French real estate market, its vocabulary and special requirements, while improving your French.
The course prepares you for buying a property in France: understanding the market, identifying the best opportunities, assessing local risks. Learn the key questions to ask and practise the art of negotiation in French.
The specialised vocabulary is learned with authentic documents: ads, media reports, agency contracts, deeds of sale. Expressions are used and memorised with the help of different exercises, games and meetings with professionals. The sessions are adapted to all linguistic levels.
