The perfect training course before starting a job in Paris, Brussels or Kinshasa. In the exceptional setting of the Bassin d’Arcachon, this course is specially designed for diplomats, international civil servants or NGO representatives who need to improve their French.
We practise French in realistic situations, through media analysis, production of reports and emails, interview training with journalists, formal and informal conversation, negotiation simulation…
From its first days, Arcachon has been a setting for diplomatic meetings and intrigues, starting in 1879 with the engagement of King Alfonso XII of Spain with the Archduchess Maria Christina of Austria. We work on authentic documents: historical cables, memoirs, media reports… We want our courses to be rewarding, even for the most seasoned diplomat.
During our workshops, participants get the chance to develop their own toolbox of custom phrases and formulas that can be used directly in their missions. Even a short, one or two-week course, has a noticeable effect. It can dramatically increase ease, eloquence and work efficiency.
